Nasik-based EV maker Jitendra EV has unveiled two fresh editions of its PRIMO electric scooter lineup, called Primo S and Primo Plus. These new additions will meet the varied requirements of city commuters.
With a starting price of INR 79,999 (ex-showroom), the Primo S and Plus provide an impressive range of 82 and 137 km per charge (KMPC). It makes them an ideal choice for two-wheeler sustainable mobility. Moreover, these Primo variants can reach a top speed of 52 km per hour.
Furthermore, both these models offer a multitude of advanced features, including:
- A detachable battery
- IP67-rated battery protection with smart Battery Management System (BMS),
- A digital display featuring a diagnostic indicator
- Predictive range estimation
- USB charging for mobile devices
- Side stand sensor,
- Thermal propagation alert
- Reverse assistance

Primo’s First Model
Earlier this year, Jitendra EV rolled out the Primo priced at Rs 79,999 (ex-showroom). The Primo electric scooter features a 60V, 26Ah battery pack, providing an estimated range of 65km. It can achieve a top speed of 52kmph, comes with telescopic forks and hydraulic forks with a spring coil, and has a gradient capability of 7 degrees. Available colors for the Primo e-scooter include Black, Red, White, and Silver.
The e-scooter has three riding modes: economy, high-speed, and boost. Additionally, it features a range of amenities like a digital instrument console, USB charging, side-stand indicator, thermal propagation alert, and reverse assist. It rides on 90/90 10-inch tubeless tires and employs a front disc brake alongside a rear drum brake configuration.
