Oben Electric, an electric two-wheelers startup from Bengaluru, has begun selling its Rorr electric motorcycle in Delhi. Interestingly, the company is offering a discounted price for early buyers of the e-bike.
The e2w startup has opened a showroom in Pitampura, Delhi. It is worth noting that Oben Electric has reduced the price of the Rorr to Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
After including a state subsidy of Rs 20,000, the introductory price of the Rorr in Delhi becomes Rs 1.10 lakh. This is Rs 40,000 less than its price in Bengaluru, which is Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). However, this discounted price is available only for the first 100 buyers of the Rorr in Delhi.
Oben Rorr Price Cut
Delhi customers can now enjoy a significant discount on the Oben Rorr electric motorcycle as part of a promotional offer. Due to this price reduction, the Oben Rorr becomes cheaper than rivals like the Revolt RV400 and Hop Oxo in the e-bike market. This special pricing is available only for a limited time.
The announcement intends to reward those who buy the e-bike early in Delhi. With such an initiative, the company wants to attract more buyers and consider the e-motorcycle.

Oben Rorr Specifications
The Oben Rorr has an 8-kWh electric motor and can travel up to 187 km on a single charge (IDC). This range will help riders feel less worried about running out of power.
The e-bike can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in 3 seconds and has a top speed of 100 km/h. Moreover, it features three different riding modes: Eco, City, and Havoc.

Recently, Oben Electric announced that they intend to raise $20 million (Rs 166 crore) through a new fundraising effort in FY25. Also, they plan to expand their network by opening 12 showrooms and service centers in Delhi-NCR this year.
The company has opened its first showrooms outside Bengaluru in Delhi, Pune, and Kerala. Also, they have an experience centre in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Currently, the company has eight operational showrooms in various cities. They aim to increase their presence to 50 outlets across 12 cities by the end of this year.
