The new Motovolt M7 electric scooter features a 3kWh battery with over 1000 charge cycles and an IP67-rated aluminum casing

Motovolt Mobility Pvt Ltd, a Kolkata-based company, has rolled out a new electric two-wheeler, the Motovolt M7, in an attempt to enter the high-speed electric scooter segment in India. As claimed by the company, the multi-purpose electric scooter (MUSe) is the first-of-its-kind vehicle in the country.

Based on German technology, Motovolt Mobility Pvt Ltd aims to set new safety, quality, comfort, and sustainability standards with the Motovolt M7 electric scooter. Safety is also ensured through a blend of efficient metals employed on the electric scooter, which reduces plastic usage in its construction.

The notable feature is the seating on the M7, which is ergonomically designed and supported by a double cradle heavy-duty mild steel frame that can accommodate payloads of up to 180 kg.

This will ensure more stability and durability for the delivery personnel. Also, customers can switch from cargo to saddle in less than 90 seconds.
