Porsche has introduced two exciting high-end models: the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid and the Panamera GTS. Both models feature advanced technology and style to deliver superior performance and luxury.
The Panamera S E-Hybrid sets itself apart as the quickest, dominant, and most luxurious variant within the Panamera lineup. Meanwhile, the German automaker designed the Panamera GTS as a lively sports sedan. Moreover, both models use the powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine to comply with Euro 7 emission norms.
Let’s look what makes both the models unique.
Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid:
The 2025 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid is Porsche’s most powerful sedan to date. The model can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and achieve 325 km/h top speed, thanks to its 771 bhp and 1,000 Nm of torque. This represents a notable enhancement from its predecessor, delivering increased speed and power.
Recently, this hybrid set a new record at the Nürburgring for the fastest lap time by an ICE executive sedan, clocking 7:24.17 on the Nordschleife. Moreover, the updated Turbo S E-Hybrid delivers enhanced performance, extends its electric range, and reduces charging times.
The hybrid battery now boasts a capacity of 25.9 kWh, which is a 45% increase from the previous model. Also, the vehicle can achieve a full charge in only 2h and 39m with an 11 kW AC charger in ideal circumstances.
Some of the standard features in the car are:
- Rear-wheel steering,
- 400-volt Active Ride suspension
- Ceramic composite brakes highlighted by yellow callipers
For enhanced performance, there are additional options like carbon fibre “Aerokit” and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.
Panamera GTS:
The 2025 Panamera GTS, dubbed the “most agile Panamera,” caters specifically to driving enthusiasts. The GTS variant generates 493 horsepower, marking a 20 hp increase compared to its predecessor. Furthermore, the car sprints from 0-100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds and achieves a max speed of 302 km/h.
The GTS model features a sports exhaust system, upgraded anti-roll bars, and an air suspension lowered by 10 mm from standard versions. All of these factors give GTS a more assertive and dynamic driving experience.
The GTS, with a starting price of Rs 2.33 crore, will be the most powerful Porsche Panamera in India. That’s because Porsche will not introduce the Turbo S E-hybrid variant to the country.
