TVS Motor Company reported a boost of 25% in sales, jumping from 306,224 units in April 2023 to 383,615 units in April 2024. Overall, two-wheeler sales surged by 27%, climbing from 294,786 units to 374,592 units in April 2024.
Within the domestic market, two-wheeler sales experienced a robust growth of 29%, selling 68,543 units more than the last year. While motorcycle sales saw a healthy increase of 24%, scooter sales had a notable rise of 34%.
TVS Motor reported sales of 17,403 EVs in April 2024, signifying sustained robust demand compared to 6,227 units sold in April 2023. The automaker exclusively offers the iQube e-scooter to its customers. Moreover, TVS is planning to start the iQube ST and X electric scooter deliveries.
